A small chat room that DMs and players can use to immerse themselves in an alien game. Nothing fancy and the technology is vulnerable/not that reliable, so this is more for light-weight purposes.

@@arthurmarques6191 I just visited the sited and I find it really cool and useful. I couldn't not find anywhere to type text on my computer and neither could my friend but I found it on my phone... How can I find it on my computer?
@@hugofagerstedt8727 it is finicky, it should take a while to load sources at first, but it will eventually load them. I tested on Firefox only but I would be happy to debug it and try to make it work if you give me details on your OS and Browser
@@arthurmarques6191 Im on Macos 11 using safari and my friend is on Windows 10 and using firefox
@@hugofagerstedt8727 long due response. I just tested with a friend. It is just slow to establish the initial connection because I am not hosting the server myself. like, it took us 1-2min to do the initial handshake. After that, it worked fine. Ideally, use chrome or firefox :-)

Is this using custom made content (dice. etc.) or is this the official material?
it's just my set up. maps, icons, tokens, etc, came from the web. Any dices with the success or alien face huger are official from the Roll20 character sheet. I also took the roll20 alien template for custom rolls/macros so everything has the same look
is this map in the alien rpg stuff or is maps like this from other games?
I make custom maps. Check the alienrpg reddit for a bunch of them
@@arthurmarques6191 - What did you use to make the map on? Where did you get the icons etc from?
@@Shinotama How I do my maps: 1. Get maps at [ootinimaps.com/masterindex](ootinimaps.com/masterindex) 2. Remove backgrounds (MacOs magic wand is great for that) 3. Cut images as you like 4. Drag'n'drop them together at Google draw I have zero photoshop skills and I'm still proud of some of the results :) There are some other resources that are helpful, like monochrome image filters, either [duetone](github.com/carloe/duotone-py) or [manytools.org](manytools.org/image/colorize-filter/) do wonders for that, especially when you have a reference image and you can just find pixel colors online with a [hex color picker](imagecolorpicker.com/en)

How do you get the artwork of the dice to show up?
I basically followed the input that I saw on other places. I think that in another video I explain about it or it is on the alienrpg reddit
