I’m sorry but Tony is soooo the bottom in this relationship-
I feel like Steve is the omega but it would be so amusing that he was actually the alpha and he had Omega!Tony chasing him down. Like once Omega!Tony sees an alpha that he wants, he will have that alpha. He wants Steve to his alpha and his alpha alone and he should be Steve's omega and Steve's omega alone. In fact the ending could be Steve being hurt by their last time in bed while Tony is just looking on him sweetly after giving birth. Like Tony is the one that's rough and not Steve.
