Hey you made a great job of tarping your load ,very tidy. It must be a pain in the arse doing that every day though. You are pretty handy with the fishing rod too 👍
Some loads are easier than others buddy. With the tarping shed it's OK 👍 cheers pal. Things are pretty slow at the minute so enjoying the down time when I can

The places you travel through are all very interesting and the drone shots are great, makes your truck look so small but it is actually huge. Keep smiling, hope it isnt too bad living in your truck. Hi there Andy another great video mate, your getting some decent weather too ,unlike here in the UK. What are the speed limits over there, you seemed to be going really fast on the video😂😂(joking). Are the truck stops free and are you paid a night out allowance or is it built in to your wage. Are you paid weekly or monthly. Looking forward to the next instalment, soon I hope.
Haha them rocket boosters make a big difference 🤣 We get paid per mile, however, at the end of the year drivers can claim tax back for staying out. I think it's around $30 per night, so you can imagine for a year it's quite a lot in a big chunk. Truck stops and rest areas are all free, plus when we fuel at loves truck stops, we get free coffee and showers!

Hey nice to speak to you. Congratulations to your husband. I'm here on my own, I don't have kids or a partner, but I know others that have brought their families over and they did it pretty much straight away once they secured the license and had their job in place. Others are waiting 6 months to get "set up." Hope this answers your question.

@@kirstinclarke1394 no we wasn't getting paid, so I saved up as much as I could. We did however get put up in a house, and had a company vehicle. This together with the driving course amounts to around $10000 that gets paid back to big freight once earning starts
@@sanganoutdoors ah perfect. They did say something about paying back. I wonder how it would be with a family? How long did you hear back after the interview regarding details etc? Passport etc
@@kirstinclarke1394 I'd say with all that stuff, just trust the process. They are very good and have done it many times, so fill everything out that you need to, and within about 8 months it should all go ahead

I used to do bush hauling in Timmins. Hauling nickel ore from the mine to the mill.
Timmins was my final drop in Ontario on my last trip. Was a nice drive from Sault ste Marie.

This was a very mild winter this year. -40 is normal for Manitoba. That’s why I live in Montreal. Dosent get that cold in Quebec but we get lots of snow.
Yeah I've yet to experience -30 let alone -40 yet. Weird winter this year for you guys.

@@sanganoutdoors I love Atlantic Canada. Newfoundland is also really great. The people there will remind you of Ireland. Since most the people there are of Irish descent. And still have the accent as well.

Sure mate. If you have a look at Big Freight Systems Facebook page they are actually coming to the UK end of this month! Get in contact with their Facebook page and get to an interview. Birmingham, London, Edinburgh and Dublin. I had to go to Munich. But it went from there mate

😂😂 yeah fooked pal. Its pretty intense at thr moment so definitely feeling it by the end of the day. About 10 hours pal. Long days work in Canada. America is only 10 hours drive not 13 so won't be as brutal
Thank you great footage of Alogma country from WAWA to Sault Ste Marie. Lake Superior you can actually swim in at Batchawna Bay. The Bay is shallow enough to heat the water up for swimming. Does not get any better than that. Safe travels boys and keep the video's coming.

That journey was awesome. I was amazed to see how big the lake was. Drone footage of it and the waterfall really good. Dave is the best companion, thanks guys for another interesting video.😊
