There is just so much information out there now that being in the SDA church I would have to have a lobotomy. The roots of our faith come from the land of Israel. SDA is a replacement theology. There is just so much better than the faiths of the America's in the 1800's. Mormonism/JW's and SDA's is a false theology. The most deceptive I would argue is the SDA for it is the best camouflaged of these religions. Such depth in Christianity I have never looked back to my Adventist upbringing. The Hebrew roots of our faith have incredible truths to uncover.

Yes! Your understanding is correct! I left Adventism from reading the Word of God. It was hard days of studying the Bible and seeing if the 28 fundamental beliefs matched. They did not. It took almost 2 years to understand the Bible is Truth that the 28 belief book doesn't stand in harmony with. I suppose that was because I was 3rd gen 7. I did not have a falling out with any of my friends or family. I did not have a misunderstanding with any of the local church staff. I was not evangelized out by anyone outside of SDA. Here is a contradiction, Belief #24 (The Investigative Judgement) "The blood of Christ, while it was to release the repentant sinner from the condemnation of the law, was not to cancel the sin; it would stand on record in the sanctuary until the final atonement; so in the type the blood of the sin offering removed the sin from the penitent, but it rested in the sanctuary until the Day of Atonement." PP357.5 The Bible says, "God will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more" Jer 31:34. (Is 43:25; Heb 8:12; Rom 11:27) Eph 2:8----- "have been saved".... Just heard the whole podcast. Thank you for being gracious. It’s so true! Adventism has cult like characteristics. A relative of mine was speaking about a biblical doctrine with an Adventist minister and before this minister entered into conversation he asked if he affirmed EGW’s prophetic gift.. red flag.. red flag.. we have always claimed Bible and Bible alone but it’s not what we do in action.
