Hope you enjoy this video of my time on chesil beach! Winter fishing is hard at the moment in the Bristol Channel. Does chesil boast some of the southwest best winter fishing at the moment ? I think so! Now try it from a kayak ! Easterly winds will make for the best launching conditions. You can launch from the Portland end of chesil.

Again we try to catch that double figure cod but this time on the kayak. Fishing was slow with long waits between bites but I enjoyed the fantastic weather conditions and kept trying for the cod ! Hope you enjoyed this video and hit the subscribe button to see if I can land a double !

A new series where I try to catch a double figure cod from the shore or kayak. This episode I fish from the shore at low tide using rag worm baits but I could only manage conger and bass.

In this video I enter a cod comp on the Bristol Channel run by Nathan Evans AKA On top angling. Although no cod were caught it was still Nice to be out catching some other species.
