Officer Marvin Sanders still works for the Dearborn police department. He single-handedly has cost Dearborn citizens over ten million dollars. Dearborn police officer Marvin Sanders forcibly arrested a man for asking directions (I'm not making this up) and broke several of the young man's bones in the process. The man hired an attorney and sued officer Marvin Sanders and won. This pig must be very special because hes still be working in the same city for the same Dearborn Police Department. This department is a perfect example of why everyone hates pigs.

There both great neighborhoods, but Levagood has the edge in my opinion as its more family freindly because of proximity to Levagood park and quality safe shopping, and dining Target, Kroger, Five Guys Burgers, Panda Express, Chipotle, Andiamos, Olgas, Starbucks to name a a few. It also is home to Divine Child Church and School which state renowned for its amazing athletic and academic programs. Ford Histroic Homes District is simply stunning but more quiter as its off the beaten path.

We moved 15 years ago. To close to Detroit. We lived in west dearborn dearborn towers, had all 4 of my tires stolen on my Cadillac, and also a brand new truck. Move to Rochester hills never had anything stolen so far.

I lived in west dearborn for 10 years. Moved to Rochester about 15 years ago. It did change after we left there.

Now I know you just wanna make money. Everyone knows now is Not the time to buy a home for anyone unless your wealthy and even then it's not a smart buy. Interest rates are high and will get higher before it comes down. 2023 not lookin good in the long term. January will yield low rents and lower house costs but higher interest rates.
