Knowing that racism seems to be the rooted problem for how these drug "epidemics" came to be directly or indirectly, how are health care individuals I.e doctors, nurses are not subsequently racist given that the healthcare industry has obtained this qualities, specially with today's new cases of RNs being exposed in their own social media being racist? In other words, how can we assure racism won't be in the individual and still affect the system even with our efforts of trying to just our healthcare system? Also, is there a difference between substance abuse and substance disorder or was that subliminal as how words are chosen and health insurance categories and chooses what services can be provided?
