The song has been around for a while on the album (not generally released and no longer in print) credited in the beginning and end credits. It was written and composed by my friend Gordon Abbott and performed by a two-piece band called Strange Orchestra (of which Gordon was a member) - also no longer in existence. Gordon, who is my friend, asked me if I’d have a go at setting his music to video as well. And this is the result. There are other tracks also set to video on my RUclips channel - “stevee023”. This isn’t Bolan music but written in the Bolan style as Tyrannosaurus Rex. There are, though, two covers by another band in which Gordon featured - Fairfolk. These are of the songs “Travelling Tragition” and most recently “Life’s A Gas”. Glad you like them! 🙂

This ended up being one of my favourites that we recorded for this album. Love the story and the dual vocal seems to work well for this track. The dual vocal was something that we both agreed worked after initially not being sure and just trying it out.
