Trekking to the highest peak in Nainital
Naina Peak ( also called Cheena Peak) is the highest peak in Nainital, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, and the town itself. It stands at an elevation of approximately 2,615 meters (8,579 feet) above sea level, making it a popular spot for trekking and hiking enthusiasts.
The trek to Naina Peak is quite exhilarating, with well-defined trails that pass through dense forests of pine, oak, and deodar trees. The journey itself is an adventure, and the panoramic views become more awe-inspiring as you ascend to the peak. On reaching the top, you are rewarded with a magnificent 360-degree view of the entire region.
