Heyyy guys! I’m Sonia-a digital artist and small biz owner here. So, today, we’re getting into the plot twist of my journey when my manufacturer totally bailed on my acrylic charms, and how that curveball pushed me straight into clay crafting! It's extremely hard to find small business shops in stationary that even in India. Much harder to find a video on it. I admit I envy overseas small business owner. They have so many options and huge market. 😭 You are brave and diligent to walk on this tough path. Keep up good work. 😊

They have plugins, where you can directly connect to shiprocket and stuff, but I do my own shipping, its much easier for me financially.

I think personally i struggle the most with marketing. It's hard to be a small business owner because of the sheer amount of things we have to learn and be good at but what really helped me was the mindset of trusting the mess and not focussing too much on the future. Having a goal is awesome but we need to work towards it rather than just obsess over the result. I have started following you pretty recently and your personality is really authentic. It takes courage to realise that something is not working and even more courage to not just give up and make things better. I hope this rebrand really works in your favour! Also the thing about "wasting" your 2 years, a lot of people simply don't understand how many skills we learn and develop while running our business. Video editing, graphic design, marketing, planning, script writing, just to name a few
I agree with you on every point and really really thank you for commenting this, I hope other people check out this comment. Not being perfectionist really helps in trying out different things and learning what works and what doesn’t. But at the same time its so easy to get discouraged when things doesn’t work out, cause of course we are working hard towards the things we wanna achieve. But I believe in the quote where it says if a strategy doesn’t work, change the strategy not the end goal. (Or something like that, you get the point) I really really hope this rebranding works out for me. Also its true af that experience goes long way, I didn’t waste any year of my life, even if I made one step towards the goal, I made improvements or I learned from it. Also if you guys want I can make a video on the things I have learned about marketing, cause I feel I have a better understanding of about this than before. Took years to figure it out.

Hey do u know the email of barnika di? If u know can u tell me? If u feel like it is not a good option then u should definitely take her permission before telling me. I saw ur video in which u tried to make something out of clay, but u failed. So i tried making the no cook version ofit in january 2024 but it was very difficult to use. So in May i got my hands on nd made my very first batch of COOKED cold porcelain clay. It was really smooth nd frm that day i was able to make artistic charms like barnika di. So heat the mixture in low flame, stir continuously until it is like pakoda batter. Take it out knead it, if is sticky add cornstarch little by little, if it is hard add lotion. Put it in an airtight container and rest for 48 hours before using it. Hope this helps!!! If u still fail ask ur frnd (barnika di) to guide u. Love ur vids. ❤🥰
