    This is the first time I have heard a version of Pluto, the Renewer, added to the planets. Sadly, since it was recorded, Pluto as been relegated to a non-planet, but I love this version. Etherical, and triumphant in its ending

    As someone who has seen the Planets performed live by a symphony orchestra, I can say that *nothing* compares to seeing the symphony performed live.

    its been almost 10 years since i first watched this and it is STILL my favorite recording of the planets. Specifically the way they play neptune and mercury is top tier

    Did Gustav mean to put them in that order, Mercury seems to out of place?...but as music touches, touches the soul, animates it makes sense in the order that they are.... Gustav were you delighting the god's of old..... beautiful.

    Magnificent otchestra, you'd never know just by listening these were all young ! A brilliant performance I've thoroughly enjoyed. Well done, hope they've all got fabulous careers !

    I have heard many recordings of this work on discs and in live concert, and this is, to me, the best performance of all! Amazing musicians, excellent conductor.

      The official age range , to be a member, is 13 to 19. so, teenagers. their total number is 160 member's.
