I made these today and they turned out great! My grown son took a ramekin home with him and told me later that he really liked it. They're easy to make, so I guess he'll be getting more. How long do you think they'd keep in the fridge? I could cover the ramekin, but I could also put the food in an air tight container if it would last longer that way.

Could you do the same thing using yellow or white cake mix?

I was going to just add some chicken in with my dressing for the main Christmas meal. Now I’m considering doing it this way. It will just be the two of us and our two kids and one adult son. I’m not cooking much else except a sweet potato casserole, kraft Mac and cheese (I prefer over homemade) and a cake. I’m trying to learn to go simple.
