If you go here you need a whole day off work. I was there for 3 hours to get my child her regular immunization. I had an appointment. They also seemed to not understand which immunizations she needed and gave me incorrect information about her vaccination record even after I had them to pull up her records. I guess they were trying to make me come back the next month so they could get extra money for a visit she didn't really need. I eventually left because I was tired of waiting and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. I went to the public health clinic and was seen immediately. They pulled up her records and sure enough she was able to get all of the shots she needed within one hour. Every month they call me saying they automatically scheduled my child an appointment although I have asked them over 10 times to remove us from the call and mailing list and I do not need an appointment because I have a new primary physician and will never return. If you get bad service I encourage you to file a formal complaint with your insurance/medicaid company.

then they screw you the minute they can you a car and keep the title. my car broke down within the first week. they never let me get another car, keep screwing me over and over. I have all my paper work on everything I had to fork over with my own money even after they are trying to say I should pay back on a mechanical loan they paid their techs when even after I got on a greyhound to the next city over to get my car, it shuts down on me again. I got another mechanic to look at it that made it have no issues and I don't think I should even be paying any more money for this piece of crap car, the way I've been putting money in to it myself. the tires were also coming undone, showing the threads. I hope that what they say about every single phone being recorded is true, because I've been trying to deal with not dying with my family on the highway. that was the fourth time it had happened after even telling them the first week that this car is a piece of crap and would check out another car. don't do it. do not get a car from them. I can show everyone what my problem payments look like. I'm going to be ending up paying over 16-17,000 dollars on this by the time I get the 168 dollars every two weeks paid. And I have a 2005 Ford Taurus. It is used, and I am sure they sold me a Katrina car that got damaged. the first insurance was a scam they got me to buy into. The guy they had sell me the car doesn't even work there anymore, and not even the corporate will help me. I'm not sure they even know what I had to go through with one of their markets. If any one of them see this, I speak the truth and have had hell with everything. I've paid over triple what this car is worth. please find it in your heart to help. it's been keeping us behind in everything else. I do not even have a permanent home yet because of them. trust me, unless they help me, I don't think this is the way for anyone to go, unless you want to go straight into a ditch.
