In this recipe we use vinegar. But you can use lemon instead if you prefer 😊
I notice you only had one layer of filo on top and bottom . Some recipes say 2 to 4 layers . Maybe your filo pastry is thicker than theirs . It looks amazing anyway !

Yes that is correct. But most people don’t have access to salted cod. This is why this recipe is made for everyone, regardless of where you live 😊

I have frozen dill will it work for detox salad?
Yes for sure. Me and my mom always chop up dill, parsley and scallions and keep them in the freezer in a airtight bag. This way you always have fresh herbs 😁
