Thank you! My husband just had surgery for Osgood Slaughter disease. His knee had a bunch of gauze and padding after surgery and after we removed it, had no clue how to adjust it. It keeps sliding down but I will readjust with this helpful video.

I have that same brace

I am at exactly six weeks post op. My rotator cuff repair was done at the HSS in New York which is the #1 in the country for orthopedics. At six weeks there is still pain and stiffness though I no longer need to use my arm sling. These exercises shown are all good. I do them every morning. I wish there were an online program that a patient could use through the entire course of recovery.
