Fun fact there's actualy this mushroom I saw naturally grow at my school and one of my friends said it uses a white liquid as a defense mechanism and one of my other friends was rubbing it with a stick and then white liquid came out dripping

I would love to see a picture of this bed when it is fruiting! Also wondering if it would be possible to grow mushrooms in a shady spot under fruit trees? I’m worried about introducing new species of mushroom that might affect existing mycelium networks

I have a patch in my yard where these have grown every year. I've been looking out for them this year and yesterday I was pretty sure I could see them poking above the leaf litter. Today, sure enough, they're here! As soon as you get near them, you can smell a slight licorice scent, but when you crouch amidst the patch... Such an intense aroma!!

I have been looking at buckets like if the yield would be higher, but wasn’t sure, it looks like it would be, did you grow bags before ?

Do they keep producing after harvest? I'm deciding whether i grow them on logs or just the bucket method.
