The Home Skillets

The Home Skillets are a Christian Comedy Band based at Multiple Baptist churches in Metropolis Illinois founded in 2022 by Jody Hoover, Chance Miller, and Jaydon Miller, Recently adding Jack Stephenson, Emmy Walquist, & Olive Pfister, their mission is to create an atmosphere of humor in faith in a creative and meaningful way. The group's goal is to use comedy as a means of bringing people to Christ while keeping faith accessible and relatable. Inspired by their vision, the band's members work hard every day to find innovative ways to spread faith messages through laughter.
The group's unique blend of gospel music and comedy entertainment has earned them a following far beyond their core demographic of devout Christian fans. They believe that the fusion of music and humor unlocks a unique platform that has the potential to impact people at a profound spiritual level.
