That bird could be very happy in places like colombo sri lanka...where you find lots of black birds or crows in the city...flying foxes hanging on city park trees...monkeys crossing the country roads

To inform everyone.. Philippine eagles are critically endangered species. They are monogamous creatures. Meaning, once paired, a couple remains together for the rest of their lives. To make it harder, females just lay one egg every 2yrs. So keeping them chained like this will keep them out of danger.
