    Nice workout. But more than 4 sets may lead most people to over-training. Definitely for me, 3 rounds would be max (with a thorough warm up process).

    Hi Madam Coach! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (half pound) as weights but could not even last 9 minutes into the lesson when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full lesson powerfully with kettlebell ranging from 8 kg to 20 kg!! Her entire body is super muscular like yours and her biceps are like tree trunks! I feel really low and defeated.

    The guy in the back (left side) gives me hope. He clearly lacks flexibility (like me) but he can still do the moves. I wonder if he made even more progress until now.

      He has Parkinsons and limited cartilage in his hip and works hard on practice and mobility. He is a true inspiration! Good luck with your practice,

      @@GWTP Oh wow, that makes it even more inspirational. At the moment I have changed to my own flow system, because I got pain from Animal Flow (knees and shoulders, sometimes rib cage and back): I explore slowly my own range of motion while moving as fluid as possible. I will come back to the moves when I am feeling better, stronger and more stable.
