It is so sad and enraging that this piece of land, which was tended to by indigenous peoples originally, and which is a thriving environment for wildlife such as coyotes, deer, hawks, snakes, mountain lions, and native plants of California is being sold by some corporate real estate company for profits and with advertisements for future development. What a terrible shame. This is also a place where people hike and ride their horses and do other recreational activities. What a horrible idea to make profits off of it.

Great video even though the property is not renovated. The video and the music make it seem that the property is not in need of renovations. The way the video and music collaborated together, gives me a happy and excited feeling about the property. I actually want to purchase the property so I can create my creative abilities. And then rent it or live in it until I rehab a stand alone home.
