This piece and the painting were created together during the same time period..The Whites Hill aspect refers to a hill that RJ dominates as a cyclist. I wanted to use world music, Jazz, Gospel and other sounds to capture musically the richness of this area of Whites Hill.

Sean made an arrangement of the folksong House of the Rising sun for violin and Cello. We are playing on instruments made by Joseph Grubaugh and Sigrun Seifert. The violin is a Montangna copy and the cello is a Guarnari copy.
