I just want to share my theory guys :) So... The RIP-Tire is counted as player, not summon. However, the dev put a restriction on the Tire so it won't be able to be targeted by Nano or Mercy boost. It can also explain why it won't receive damage boost from Baptiste's window: the Tire is a player, not a projectile :) Thanks for your time reading this :D

Can ana or juno ult boost healing?

Short answer: Shotguns do fall off(for example Junker Queen can falloff at a decent range, which can do extremely low dmg, even on headshots which makes it not worth to fire at a long range if your character has a shotgun)

I actually experience this. It was attack during a moonlit night in Hollywood, with a Widow stationed on the far roof of second point. I scanned the corner, gaining line of sight to the Widow through the open gate. It wasn't even a second before my croshair interlocked with the Widow's head. Then, without time to spare, a red tracer headed towards me. I had already predicted this, and used deflect with no frames to spare. It was a headshot, and my controller had never been sweatier. They also immediately seapped sym 😢
