Sure. You could have a multi service City Page. You can also create multiple services in one site and each service will have about 5K city pages made

Hi, not true at all. The site has 1000s of keywords on page one. Put this in your browser site:4dentures.info and you'll see all the indexed pages. Most of them are page 1 for their intended search term

This only works with WP as its a plugin. Sorry.
You did not actually show how to set the call only add, you had to edit the call extension and select, show just number

Yes, of course. Ranking pages in Google can be extremely lucrative. We use the pay per call model to monetize these sites.

The pages have already indexed and placing in the top of Google Search This is about 3 hours later from posting the video!

Do you have a hack to have the pages indexed pretty fast. That seems to be the big deal here.
As long as you have the internal links to the State and City Pages, Google indexes the pages fairly quickly. Some sites will index a lot of pages, and others very little. Keep in mind, on most sites I do zero backlinking after we build the site. Getting good backlinks would certainly help with faster indexing.

No. 1 hosting can have 50-100 sites easily.

Need some better aesthetic for this plugin. Looks really bad.
That is just the template. We have plenty of other templates that look really slick with the CPP plugin. But none of that matters if there is no ranking and visits. Plenty of pretty sites nobody sees and ugly ones that make a lot of $$.
