I have the same gpu and cpu you have, im upgrading to a 7800xt because it has no bottleneck at 1440p with this cpu and its the cheapest for the best performance, i recommend if you ever upgrade sell your 6700xt for 200 bucks and put it toward whatever gpu your upgrading to, the 4070 is also a good option with a little bit faster ray tracing but not by much and with only 12 gb of vram it wouldnt even be an upgrade from the 6700xt
