Virtual Bike ride Lake Bike Trl to Overlooks @ Fall Creek Falls SP with Retired Lady Hiker Oct 2024
There are several Bike trails at Fall Creek Falls SP in Spencer TN. Starting to the right and left as you drive over the Dam. There is parking to park and ride or we just biked down the road from campground D. Left goes around the lake to the lodge and cabins, then bike back to cross the road and ride Bike trail up to Fall Creek Falls Overlook and Piney Falls Overlook. A very nice Bike ride on mostly paved bike trail. Oct 2024

This short hike starts at the bottom of Campground C down to the Beautiful swinging bridge on to the Nature Center and Back to Camp C. This Trek is only appx .5 mile hike. Hiking and biking the trails at Fall Creek Falls SP in Spencer TN. Unfortunately Oct 2024 the falls had very little water but the Gorge views at Gorge Hole, Fall Creek Falls Overlook, Piney Falls Overlook, Lake bike/hike path, boat dock, lodge, and cabins. A massive amount of trees are down on the Bouton Trail at South Holston Dam Bristol TN. Until it gets cleaned up be prepared to climb over and under down trees at this 1.7 mile Trail. Some leaves are starting to turning but no one in fishing boat. October 14th 2024.

Beautiful weather, 70 degrees and sunny, awesome views, for a hike to Mendota VA Firetower. The leaves are just beginning to turn, making for spectacular views. Hiking with my Nephew, Keith and his Billy Goat, "Pancake". So nice to caught up with Keith after 2 years. Great day for a hike . Enjoying Nature at it's Best

A ride up a steep mountain road on Dennis Cove Road over to Dennis Cove Trail Head then a 5 mile in and out Trail down to Laural Falls. The steps down to the Falls are steep and slow coming back up took me 30 minutes. Overall 3 hour hike, that is stopping to take many photos. I felt so blessed to be walking down to view Horseshoe Falls @ Niagara Falls NY when an awesome full rainbow appears over the Falls, truly breathtaking. The walk out to 3 Sister's Island is a fairly short walk over the walking bridge then lots of shade on out to view the beautiful Aqua colored water that rushes over the rocks. May 2024 camp trip at 4 Mile Creek State Park only 15 minutes away from all Niagara Falls viewing
