Honestly dude, i would consider this a non attempt. You can't fix 25 years of chair sitting in 2 months. You didn't even give it a chance. No skin off my back, i'm just sayin'. I've been a floor sleeper and sitter (hours sitting on the floor gaming) for the better part of a decade. And i'm a few years older than you. Just gotta give your body time to adjust. It gets. SO. Much better.

It seems the purpose of sitting on the floor is not having back support. Learn to support your own back. It's trading short-term comfort for long-term comfort.

(1) too close to the screen (2) this setup might need to learn 5 different sitting postures (3) You can get the same issues with sitting, on the floor, sitting, or standing. Variation and getting up once in a while is really important, I tend to forget that myself, so I put an automic screen-timer program on autostart ;-)

Hi, I signed this test 1 week free trial carpet cleaner but I was unable to get him results. I ran proven Facebook ad (good Copy and good video slideshow + before and after pics) but just couldnt get him leads. The results were terrible. 3 leads 50$ total adspend ($15 for each) and these people were not even serious (window shoppers). Can I drop a link of the Facebook ad campaign structure so u can see and tell me where the problem possibly lies?

Good tips Jacob, but training and more training. Get some certificates behind your name. A specialised field like minor carpet repairs or becoming a Woolsafe Service Provider will stand you out of the general carpet cleaning fraternity.

I used a floor desk for a couple of years. My initial problem was feeling the need to lean back on a chair, so ending up moving the desk so that I could lean against a pillow against the wall. Need a floor chair badly and am disappointed that Muji doesn't sell on for America. I want the Muji mainly so that I can buy the removable cover to wash it once a week. I'm at my desk a *lot* . One of the easiest and cheapest solutions for a floor cushion is the 20"x 20" lawn furniture cushions made from thick foam. I had a zabuton, too, though. In a few places I lived in, I put felt stickers on the bottom of the legs of the desk so that I could move it a foot here or there when I felt the need.

Yeah your problem is you have sat in a chair most of your life you need to reprogram your body to be comfortable in a resting squat. You will feel much better if you stick with it.

It gets easier. This is just your body adapting to having to hold itself up. Sitting on the floor with no back rest strengthens the back and core muscles.
