This is my continuously growing public video library of whatever I find interesting at the moment. The drone videos were shot with a DJI Phantom 3 SE 4K drone before it crashed on 7/4/22. The newer ones are mostly GoPro 11 Black or Samsung S22.

We went to the Lamar Arts Depot to attend an opening reception for a new exhibit. While there, I captured the scene of our boys playing on the vintage caboose outside, while a modern train passed, at sunset...nice

I generally monitor the regional shortwave repeaters in my area (147.390 Barnesville, 146.490 Thomaston) for weather and emergency management information, as needed. The second Bluebird nest (in hanging ferns on the front porch) hatched more hungry babies!
It takes a lot of bugs to feed that many birds, their doing a community service, they will leave when the food runs out.
It takes a LOT of soapy water, too.

my personal best in distance + altitude is 9,400 feet (1.78 mi), which you can see in the video "Return from 9400" on this channel. I shot that in Bent Tree with high altitude line-of-sight and little RF interference...that gave me the edge. The cool part is that even if/when I loose control, it knows where it took off from and will fly home and land automatically if necessary...
what campsite #'s are these? 5:20 sec. Spots 89 maybe?
Do you need anything to fly your drone there, like permission or something like that
It depends on where you are, different parks have different rules, and some have none. National parks are the most restrictive. Always check before going. Before flying anywhere though, you should register your aircraft with the FAA.
