Love the arm puppets and I really want them!
Did you made chester or you bought him?
Where did you get your puppet can you put a link thank you.
Do you have any more tips for what kinds of puppets are best for if you plan on walking around and performing with them? And what’s the best way to do it? I’d love to hear your input
This was super helpful! Thank you :D
We’ve just released another batch of Minis, and Ellie May has a nose now
Hi Greg! Thanks for the great video review 😊
What size is your B-Bop puppet? I want one, but on the Puppets Inc. website, they only have C-Bop puppets that are 14 inches. but I want one like yours lol
I got 4 classic blacklight puppest the same ones in this video from puppet productions collection and I got 3 newer ones from puppetsinc
Did u have these blacklight puppets productions for 20 years as well?
Hey 👋 so the reason your puppets aren’t really showing up on camera is because your over lighting them if you have you black lights too close to the puppets it just kinda makes them look like a glowing ball of light
Could you please provide links ????
Oh I’m so happy to have found your wonderful videos! Thank you for offering them. Could you PLEASE do a video on making a prop I need for my ‘macaw’ puppet. I need to make a fake arm that she would sit on, with a hand or glove on the end. PLEASE!
Tvm, I just want star make a puppet´s videos. JUST IN TIME 😊 thank you thank you thank you 🙏
Gluing the cross joints but not the vertical is just brilliant and yet so simple.

I just subscribed to your channel and I'm looking forward to more exciting insights. Keep up the fantastic work! 😊
Thank you for the kind words.
Hello Greg! I’m looking for a puppet or a Muppet like the Jeff Dunham type or Sesame Street type to use as a cohost on my podcast? And introduce the puppet as my cohost by interviewing me on my podcast. If you ever interviewed anybody on a podcast? We’d love it if we could interview you, but Perhaps you could interview me using your puppet or you could interview me as you and using your puppet so both of you so I don’t know what you think.
I have a 32" / 81cm tall puppet, so what costume size should I fit my puppet?
With how puppets are so different, it's hard for me to give you a good answer. I've used a 3T (toddler size) for some of my bigger puppets with some success. That might be a starting place.
Good to know. So then, what hat size should I fit to my puppet? Also, I have this 17 inch puppet. So, what costume size and hat size should it be?
Sorry, I'm not going to be much help. With different puppets have different size heads and bodies. I start with toddler size clothes and just see what works. Used clothing stores are a good place to go or friends who have small children that have out grown their clothes. For me it's just trial and error. @@LouvineAcey
These are some weird puppets
I am so happy to have found your channel as I start from scratch with puppeteering.
Secondly are florescent lights and black lights are one and the same?
Black lights are specially modified fluorescent lights. They are generally black or blue bulbs.
Thank you very much for this video. I would like to know are fluorescent colours fabrics are different from regular fur material fabric or if can one use florescent green or orange colour in fur cloth material?
Honestly I don’t really know the answer to your question. I’ve had some materials I thought would glow that didn’t. I don’t believe I have tried any fur that glowed but I’m sure there must be some. The easiest thing I’ve found is test the material under a black light to see if will glow. They make small battery operated black lights {Amazon Carrie them) that are easy to carry around.
Curious question are u still using the blacklight puppets?
Are u keeping the blacklight puppets from puppetsinc?
Thanks for watching. We aren’t getting rid of our puppets.
@@gregstanford7789 ur still using the blacklight puppets?
Can I pls have the blacklight cone head green one with red hair puppet and all of the black lights puppets from the puppetsinc pls!!!!
great job and I hope to see more of your videos soon and I wish to see Puppet Design episodes if you have time for it 👍
Sense u guys don’t used the big puppets anymore including the ones from puppetsinc what are u gonna do with them?
Oh they still get used just not by the younger kids. They’re re too heavy for them for very long.
How I will buy your puppet
Can u do the cone head puppets from puppetsinc video next?
Yaki in the box!
Great Greg ✨👍
Great value in every second 👏🏆
Thank you!
Wesley wuppets
Great and full reference as usual 👏👍
What a great artist and teacher you are I found a real treasure in your channel ❤️
Thank you!
Where do u find the puppetsinc ones without getting it from the website?
I’ve really only seen them on their website. Might find them on eBay.
@@gregstanford7789 huh interesting where did u get all the puppets?
Great new show Greg! You should really turn off the music after the intro (30 seconds or so) so we can focus on just your voice and instructions. You cut it out after a couple of minutes in this video but in the other episodes the music gets distracting, and hearing the same beat for 10-20 minutes kind of gets repetitive. Keep up the great work though! You have lots of knowledge in this field.
Thank you for the feedback. I've gone back and forth on this, so your feedback is helpful. Thanks for your encouragement.
@@gregstanford7789 Indeed! Keep up the great work these episodes are very insightful!
They look cute.
Please make a tutorial video how to make these puppets
He did not make them
Etsy is also a good place to find (relatively) affordable puppets of higher quality than a toy store.
Where can I find Etsy shop to buy puppets? I’m thinking that after 100 and some on 50 episodes of my podcast, I introduce a puppet but what kind of puppet? A Grover type puppet? A pink peanut Jeff Dunham type puppet? Oscar grouch your Kermit, the frog type puppet? Not really sure. I also thought of going and using one just on my second RUclips channel which is a Christian testimony one and produce a puppet that preaches the word of God. Used to make my own puppet when I was a kid. I built my own Felt vulture that I called Volti. I cut and sewed. I stopped doing this around. I was 12 or 13. I thought up taking it up again after 30 some years? Plus what inspired me is not only Jeff Dunham, Nina, Conti, Terry Fator. I’m looking to create my own or buy a puppet, which I can use on a permanent basis and create a story around them. Also, some of the artists that I have interviewed are interested in being interviewed by a puppet and will come back to my podcast if they were interviewed by puppets, so it kind of inspired me.
@@ONSTAGEMUSICPODCAST just type in “puppet” or “professional puppet” and you’ll get tons of results.
the tip about never taking the puppet off visibly is great. I felt a bit of hurt myself when you pulled it off. Also, I think its the eyes!
Very cool !!!!!!!!!
Where can I find the butterfly hand puppet?
I don’t have it with me so I can’t say for sure but I’m guessing it’s an old Folkmanis puppet. They have a bee very similar. I would guess that puppet is 20-30 years old. Couldn’t find one anywhere on google that had the glove body so it way no longer be available.
busco canales de marionetas y este me gusto espero el proximo puppet zone :D
Igual yop! 😄
can i have one
I bought a Melissa & Doug puppet a few years ago, and it had stuffing in the head instead of a finger strap in the mouth. It works pretty well. I've started making my own puppets, and design them from the inside out. So it starts as a sock puppet for better control, and then I add a solid mouth plate. I use materials inside which makes it easy to slide my hand out without damaging the puppet due to friction. The rest of the puppet gets designed around that (foam head, body, rod arms, etc.) They still look home-made, because I'm new to puppet making, but each one is better than the last.
