Balkan Breakfast
Roast peppers each side on top stove on medium high heat. Remove from the heat, let them cool down for a bit and then remove skin and seeds. Cut into long stripes. Into a pan add a good amount of olive oil, add peppers and salt and cook on medium heat for another 5-7 min. After peppers are cooked add sour cream and feta cheese and cook for not more than a minute.
For best result use cubanelle or long red peppers or both combined. Enjoy
