MOVE FOR BLAKE II
Blake Boath was sadly diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy at four years old. This year in July when Blake turns five he will start his treatment. To seek the best medical care for him his family must go abroad and find treatment unavailable in the UK to give Blake the best life possible.
