enjoyed this! our culture needs voices like this in mainstream media - people who thoroughly explore the art - unpacking every little nuance. scram the fire emojis or cliché comments. tell me how the shit makes you feel - get in on the 5 W's and 1 H of journalism (who, what, where, when, why, and how). watching this, I was able to discern that you sat with the body and made sure once that camera turned on, you did your due diligence. I don’t think I have enough English bundles to express how I feel about this album. However, on the point of song writing, I think it’s impeccable. I think it was intentional on her part. Take a song like ‘imithandazo yethu’ for example. It’s 5 minutes long and it’s literally one sentence. God hear our prayers. But the instrumental and vocal range is indescribable, it takes me to another realm honestly. But as you said, it will definitely reach those it’s meant to reach and they will fully understand her. For me Zoe keeps getting better and better. It’s a solid 10 for me! ❤

Ironically, Tyla seems to have a problem with being black/African but doesn't seem to have a problem capitalizing off of black/African performing. She appears black/African looking.
