You could have solved the one at 8:12 with the roads as well, the trick is to have both the bridges misplaced by one and with the final move swap them with one another. I'll try to explain the steps. Let's say the segments in front of the car are named 1-5, not counting the car and the finish line. First move is 4,5 to 1,2 (place the rightmost bridge to the left of the left river) Second move is 2,3 to 4,5 (place the leftmost bridge to the right of the right river) And final move is 1,2 to 4,5 (swap both bridges and neighbouring road tiles so they match up. I don't have the game so this is just a guess haha but I think it should work!
