Thanks a lot sir, now this is my generators problem at my palm oil mill, i also assume that mechanical problems is the culprit, because voltage is stable, the engine sound is like stunting because the fuel/injector problem, the external technician didn't do their job properly, just calibrate the valve, smh. On first hand i want to recalibrate the speed control module, but its too fast to judge for the electrical problem, and also my subordinate not master the knowledge of it if something goes wrong there will be a new problem Fyi its old age generator , 1994 mercedes benz generator/cummins alternator

Sir hydraulic driving motor ba yang crane mo or or full electric? At kung fully electric yan nba mismo ang hoisting motor? Dipa ako naka ranas ng electric type sir kaya gusto ko rin malaman kung meron bang crane na de VFD type or ganyan lang talaga ang hoisting and lowering motor nya na wye-delta? 🙄 Tnks sir sa reply.🙄

Nice move ka baro, tama yang ginagawa mo, doing PMS b4 operation is precisely good to make sure everything will operate normally when ship's crane is used. I encounter 1 big trouble during discharging opraration , grab lowering operation cable moved normally, when heave up the cable remains in the cargoes looseness, I did all adjustment including the limit switch , etc. It happened in Chittagong matinti ang operation 24 hrs rain or shine halos sisirain ang joystick.

Ganitong crane sana masarap sakyan na barko. Hindi yung puro electronics na ang hirap itroubleshoot.

Tama yung pump down explanation at procedure mo Sir. Idagdag ko lang ito para sa kaalaman ng mga tagasubaybay natin. Bali hindi lahat ng Refrigeration system pump down na ang refrigerant ay mastore sa Condenser, meron kasing Ref. system na may liquid receiver tank installed after condenser, so kung magpapump down sa liquid receiver mastore yung refrigerant. Isa pa Sir kapag magpapump down dapat nakamonitor ka sa current amperage ng compressor, wag magrely lagi sa on and off running ng compressor, minsan Sir ang pressure limit switch ay nagloloko.
