I just beat him with the turrets alone, i got 3 over 300 criticals in a row i couldnt bekieve it, its my first play through and i felt i was under leveled at 20 so i got lucky to say the least lol

I am having the same ‘problem’ with the secrets displaying 0%. My information says there are none on this map. Other youtubers might be playing a different version, as they display 100% of secrets, with a similar walkthrough… Is it a bug ? I have been playing the switch version. Thanks for help.

If you want to beat Frank Horrigan 1vs1 it's pretty easy. I just killed him 1v1 (no turrets, no enclave soldiers fighting for either side) as a lvl 20 with unoptimized perks. Weapon choices a) Vindicator b) gauss rifle and eye shots Unnecessaries: -fast shot -trait (while using Vindicator) - but it helps if you want to kill him with big guns. Necessaries: -around 200 hp pool -A lot of stimpacks (you go to inventory and spam them on yourself to get you to full hp start of each turn) -Targeted shots to eyes when using Gauss Rifle -Bonus rate of fire -perk -15 action points per turn (not a necessary but makes things a lot easier). So you need 10 agility and 1 action boy plus 2x jet to get to 15 points. Now you can do 3 aimed shots to eyes with Gauss Rifle or 3 Vindicator bursts per turn. Cheap things to make the fight easier: -Before fight, do 2x jet, 2x psycho, 2x mentats (until you get 10 perception), 2x buffout for a tiny bit of extra hp pool Kill the turrets when you arrive to the oil rig. You need a big gun for this purpose - and you need to spam stimpacks at starts of turns so you don't get killed. Or if you figure out how to disable them using the computer, it works too (I didn't care to figure that part out).

Who would win? A larger military organization, armed with advanced weapons and technology along with a towering super soldier who can rip a deathclaw in half with his barehands? or one tribal junkie who is probably mentally challenged?

How'd he do it? Mostly just BFG'ing everything, choosing a path based on what will keep you stocked with plasma and a lot of luck (= runs) minimizing the number of archie jumps and cyber rockets. And BTW: He came back ten years later and did a 3:04 (since this run contains some obvious slop). So ya.
