Garrote fencing is a combat system involving sticks, knives, machetes, and bare hands. It originates from Spanish settlers and was later enriched by the "juego de palo canario" during the second half of the 19th century, when a new wave of migrants from the Canary Islands reached Venezuela. The state of Lara, particularly the city of El Tocuyo, is a hub for numerous fighters.
A characteristic of this fighting style is the use of both hands to wield the weapon.
Therefore, there is a lot of emphasis on switching the weapon from the right hand to the left and vice versa, allowing for qui...

Do with a live blade at full speed and power. I would cut myself
No es kali ni arnis de mano; se juega/ pelea al ritmo de cuatro(similar al banjo) y maracas. It's not a poor boy 's Bullshido. Was developed during the Spanish rule, from spanish fencing. If it looks weird is because you follw the rithm of the music.
Poors man Bullshido 🥋 💩
very similar to Filipino Knife Fighting
Thank you very much for uploading this from my land
Esos intetan hacer kali 😅😅
Nice
Awesome instructor, I had an opportunity to train under him when he was with Sayoc Kali always innovative and practical and generous with his knowledge.
This channel is a hidden treasure. Beautiful, wise and intoxicating in terms of self introspection and speculation about one's inherent ability to create something which can be practically utilised. Lots of thinking and cross examination is needed to construct such a beautiful way of using the sword and dagger. Huge respect from an Indian......

Hey man.., Try that with your real openent. Stupid treat😂😂

Se ve interesante, ¿Cómo bloquea golpes de trayectoria amplia o patadas bajas?
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 🍤✊
Bravissimooo!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yea like you can successfully block an incoming punch? You can’t even see it coming. Bullshido black belt
If I ever draw my blade in the first place I’m doing it because me or my loved ones lives are in danger. Which case I’d go directly for the throat/eyes. Nobody goes for the throat/eyes in a knife fight, they go straight for your arms, ribs, or stomach.
If you know what you're doing you totally go for the throat and eyes and you won't know what to do. Check this out: some guys actually try to repel the blade with an open hand and get cut open. I've seen it happen and the poor bastard could only grab his hand bleeding.
Hmmmm seems like he could just bend his wrist a bit to cut.
100 bucks says you cut yourself doing that at full speed😂
Yeh. It's stupid. Ray's just making up goofy stuff now.
may be yes because you are ignorance....
