8th Gen Civic Si - K24/20, Drag Cartel 3.2 Dyno Tune
Tune performed by Derek Robinson of IMW, Innovative Motorworks, in Carlisle, PA.
Unfortunately, the car underperformed due to proper exhaust flow (restriction: high flow cat, 70mm catback). We're missing somewhere in the ballpark of 30-40whp here. I'm not 100% certain on the route I'm going to take, whether it's less cam or more exhaust, but the car only made about 240whp today. I'll be making a follow up video to this one when a route is decided, and hopefully more videos to follow after that to document this car. As seen, it's a work in progress..
Power Mod list as follows:
- K24 bottom, K20Z3 head
- 87.5mm Nippon cast pistons, making it about 12.5:1 compression
- SCAT forged rods
- Head bui...

Fiesta ST Catless Milltek Race Catback

Cold start and revs from 2k to 5k with the new Milltek catback. The car has a 3” catless downpipe, Pumaspeed x47r turbo, and tons of other mods. This version of the Milltek catback has a single muffler at the rear with no resonator. Let me know if you have any questions and I'd be happy to answer!
Powerworks SVT Focus - Final Dyno Pull

Hey everyone, here's my Powerworks supercharged '04 SVT Focus on the dyno at McNew's Automotive in Dillsburg, PA. This was the final pull on the dyno that produced 233whp/183wtq at about 10psi. 2004 Focus SVT with HKS Catback Exhaust

Revs start at 1:57. Here's a quick cold idle and rev of my HKS catback on my '04 SVT. My apologies for the long wait to start revving. I never rev on cold engine and this hurt to even do lol. I hit 2k, 3 or 4k (I forget already), 5k in the video consecutively. This is the catback only, meaning the stock cat pipe is still in the car and no other modifications have been done.

Unfortunate to say, but the engine blew. I'm not sure of the root cause, but I can say there was piston to valve collision on cylinder 4. As of right now, I'm parting the body parts out off the car. swapping in a stock K24 longblock (+ bolt-ons still) and getting retuned by Derek. This should all be happening within the next month. I'll post another dyno video and explanation of what happened and where the car stands as of the tune day. Appreciate you checking in!

Thinking of doing the frank swap or just boosting the k20. What made you go all motor?
@@rastaman7140 I wanted to kind of start as all motor, see how it runs, and go from there. Turbo would be nice one day, but that’s a bit more money and adds a little more overall complication to the build. Tried to keep this one simple for now. So far, I’m pretty content with the current power level and it’s getting retuned to spice it up when I get my 3” exhaust.
I love the way the rpf1s look, I plan on getting them for my focus as well. Did you have any fitment issues with them?

Hey man, sorry for the late reply. I don't seem to get notifications of comments. This setup was very little to no drone. It was easily my favorite exhaust setup on the Fiesta!

Hey there, sorry for the late response. RUclips didn't notify me of a comment. That is a great question that I'll try to answer simply. The SVT Focus was fantastic. Compared to the Fiesta ST, it was far more raw and mechanical feeling. The SVT Focus' steering gave more feedback, all three pedals had more "feel" to them as in the throttle, brake, and clutch all had more grit to them (hard to describe). To me, the SVT Focus is very similar in interior/exterior size to the Fiesta ST and the Fiesta ST truly feels like the turbocharged "spiritual successor" to summarize the comparison. They handle similar, but the Fiesta has a sharper turn in where the SVT was a little slower. Overall, both fantastic cars. The Fiesta ST and SVT Focus have far more in common than the Focus ST which was a boat compared to both cars.

Thats one of the factory wheels, it'll be a 215/45R17 more than likely.

Those are the optional European Appearance SVT package. 215-45 17.

My ZTS 2.3L side exit straight pipe sounds better. But admittedly it’s like 40 dB louder as well.

for a focus, sounds badass. I have a 03 zetec 4door. Running 5w20 full synthetic, it has developed a tapping noise so,i am pulling the lifters out, cleaning them & reinstalling! purchaced a new timing belt online & within a week, its in worse shape then the old 1,,,i need more power from mine!!! is it as simple as replacing the camshafts? can I take parts from(head) a svt & directly bolt them onto my 2.0 zetec?
D.j. B the svt and zetec motor are the same block i don’t think you should have a problem . I had a regular zetec and let me tell you save your money buy a svt

Honestly the inside joke behind the plate doesn't fit this car. Long story short, I used to own a Subaru Legacy GT and my brother has a WRX. He also has a plate "LOL LGT" where I have "LOL WRX" for when we used to park at car meets together. It was always a good conversation starter. :)
