He's a expert flipper, the blue salt leftover is actually the stainless steel metal residue from scrubbing the pan so vigorously 😅. Waffle House makes the fluffiest I've ever had . Good job

My dad used to take me to Toddle House when I was a kid. Best burgers in the world at that time. Sorry I never tried the omelets but now I know where to go. See your IHOP mention in the comments. They’ve gone downhill ever since they dropped the three egg statement from their menu. The other cheapening tricks don’t do them any favors either. Thanks for the kick in the memories.
