Hedgehogs in our garden

We have been having regular hedgehog visits for the last few years. This year they are more frequent so decided to get a wildlife camera to try and capture their visits.

The cats can’t get in now so the hog had as much as they wanted

After the cats visiting this evening the hog appeared. Hopefully he had some food.

This one didn’t want to go in for the food. I’ll have to move the logs again. The cat managed to get in ok.

I will have to configure the logs a bit better to stop this one from getting in

Hopefully the cats will get the message once the food is blocked of for them.

We have started to get activity now but have had to try and stop the cats from getting into the feeding box

We have a new camera now so have set it up a few weeks ago. We had activity for about an hour last night. Hopefully they will keep coming back

Ive had visits over the last few nights but the camera hasnt been picking them up. I moved the camera and it picked up quite a few visits but only the one going into the box. The cats cant get in so thats good

This ones a bit itchy and late so hopefully he had some food. This one looks like an adult as it a little bigger than others we have had visit

You need to be more creative to attract more views. This could’ve been titled “ Early morning hedgehog and a bit of dogging in the garden” 😂

What’s it eating ? Dry cat food ?
It’s dry puppy food. Next year I’ll build a little box for them as the cats have been know to come and eat it as well. The dogs won’t eat it so that’s quite handy.
