I have a brother SE600, tried using a 3rd party hat hoop (this machine normally doesn't embroider on hats), bad idea... ended up destroying my bobbin case lol. punctured the hell out of it, got a deep gash on it... bought a new one, realigned my timing, it's all good now... yeah, i'm definitely gonna just make patches stand alone and then heat press them on. one question, what's a good adhesive for heat pressing patches?

How is yours easy to open? I also purchased a generic heat press, and whenever the shirt is ready to come off, it's hard to open those clamshells. It's a struggle. Not like those auto open ones

No way!

Rule of thumb is the percentage of poly the shirt is is what it will hold after the first wash. So a 50/50 will lose 50% of the vibrance after the first wash.

What size is that print ?

Why do you wrap the bottom with a t shirt?

That heat tape will print to the patch, avoid using it.

Are you able to use the circut printers with these?

I just got my Heat Press 2 days ago & had the energy to mess with it & try my sample pack from Ninja Transfer, it came out pretty smooth, way better than HTV which I'll still mess. 2morrow I'll try the SupaColor Transfers, Transfer Superstars, & Tranfer Express, Now Transfer Express has a 6 different ones in their sample pack. Basically I'm gonna just try them out on my stuff b4 actually making some for family n friends. I'll definitely give them the wash test as well. ✌

I got the same machine for the hats as you , I keep getting burn marks across the hat and it’s only on for 16 seconds and 300 degrees. Also the corners don’t always stick the first time
