Trains were terminating at Berwick because of works at Pakenham. They couldn't get trains from there so more were substituted with Siemens and Comeng's during that time.
east pakenham is about the same length as Flinders street so i think they should make the font smaller to make it east pakenham Eg: East Pakenham Flinders Street

There are those who will think why build a new station, well look around there is a lot of wide open spaces, it won't stay like that forever, eventually it will get built on either for housing or industry or even both, the East Pakenham station wasn't a waste of money, now lets see the Cranbourne line extension.

went to East Pakenham myself today. not too bad a station.
I like the entrances, simple but well built. Will be better once the area around gets more developed too.
