The problem with Blackpool is that it has some desperately uninspiring dreck buildings on it's waterfront. They should be statement buildings , outstanding in some way but some look just like big brick warehouses with a crap roof. That hideous car park with moss growing on it's roof with the Flak tower is just horrific and that building with that disgusting roof next to the one with yellow is just unforgiveable. You should sent this video to the council website but they'll probably think it looks fantastic but I guess that's what happens when you elect aesthetically blind people to run the town
