Judy and Justin visit the Carnival Panorama as she sits empty in the part of Long Beach Ca., while cruise has been shut down. Sorry for the helicopter. A few months later and cruising has restarted. she now sails the west coast from Los Angeles to the Mexican Rivera, stopping in Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta.
I don't mind having to go get some of my perks because some may not want it and it saves on waste. I can't have strawberries but I love chocolate so I'd get more truffles instead. YUMMM
Just as a head's up, do a search on fanny in British slang.

So since you turned Platinum on your cruise and they gave you Platinum at the start of that cruise, when you printed out your boarding passes before the cruise, did it have Platinum on it?

@cruisinwithjudy it was fun for a short trip. The climate is not as good as the carribean that's for sure, everyone freezing to ride the water slide.

We have driven through several times. Visited the Battleship Iowa, dropped my brother off for his cruise, and even searched for Geocaches nearby, but this was our first time cruising from here

Very informative video! If one person in your party is platinum but not the other, do both parties get Platinum benefits? It would be weird to leave the other person behind when you are enjoying your free drinks at the Captain Ball 🙂
not all of the benefits. They would get early check-in (2 days before everyone else) & priority boarding. Your chocolate delight and laundry service can be shared. And your invite to the Diamond & Platinum party will be for you plus one!

Yes, have taken 5 so far. Live in the Midwest, so airfare is a stumbling block. also Mr Arther comes to visit often. But I really enjoy doing "armchair" traveling. @@cruisinwithjudy

Tha k you for the info, im currently gold and 6 points away from platinum. Scheduled for 7 nights Feb 2024 eastern Caribbean which will make me platinum. I had no idea that CCL would allow mee to be platinum on my Feb cruise as will be over ... im super stoked about that as i thought i was gonna have to wait until my 2024 sept cruise to see the platinum card.
it's real cool when you print your luggage tags out and they say priority boarding or Platinum. What ship will you be on in Feb? We will be on the Jubilee Feb 24th.
Yeah im excited to see the Priority marker on my bag tags and get the free laundry too. I will be on the Mardi Gras Feb 28th out of Orlando to eastern carribean. I have been doing a lot of research on the Mardi Gras... OMG it's so huge, really questioning if 7 days is enough time to fully enjoy the ship and all its offerings...I'm thinking no 😢 Sept. 2024 I will be on the Italian fun ship Firenze out of Long Beach California.

We just got off that ship yesterday! It was our 2nd cruise. Our first cruise was with Disney. And you mentioned, you'll try not to compare... yeah! It's going to be hard not to do 🤣 I kept comparing everything to our Disney cruise. overall we had a great time. I can't wait to watch the upcoming vlogs. And yes, they hide ducks 🦆on royal. We found a few 😊
Yeah I had a hard time not comparing too, even now when people ask how was the cruise, I have to compare it to Carnival. Yup we found 2 ducks.

Yes we are trying NCL next year, and we just found out there is a Disney ship that cruises from this port from time to time, we are considering booking it in the future
