Building engineers making less money now since nobody wants to pay. They will have major issues and costlier issues if they continue their way of operation.
Yeah I wonder How much can be automated. Surely there isn't enough work for 40 hours but they can contract it out so that an engineer can rotate and do 5 or so buildings a week and monitor sensors remotely to only be onsite when necessary.

I’m in the process of getting my stationary engineers license. I went to turner trade school in 2020 and it’s 2024 I’m not gonna lie I got lazy and didn’t take the test. Now I’m getting my shit together and gonna take review classes at turner school to go take the test. Everyone y’all got this let’s get this money
