Decided to try this myself, not knowing how. Didnt know about pinching the seat. First time i threw the bars the bike launched out from under me and i fell straight on my back. Hopefully it goes better this time

I am riding brakes and I tried to do this but the brake lever keeps getting in the way. I didnt cut my Bars so that may be the problem
