I have a question. How are the magnets pushing the wheel in one direction more then the other? For example when a ball goes toward the magnets, the magnets push it away in the opposite direction the wheel is spinning, then when the ball is going away I am assuming its pushing away. Unless there is something that is making the magnets push more then they pull or the opposite where then pull more then they push, its going to run out of the energy you put into it. I can draw a picture if you want.

Physicists will say that perpetual motion machines can't exist. Laws are meant to be broken. Why can't we have near perpetual motion machines that still produce clean energy? Sure stuff breaks down and there's friction etc. But those are acceptable flaws.
