What’s the point of this ?
Banded pull ups should be stopped the moment you can do a full pull up, even better so assist on getting up (a step works well) and control yourself on the way down. The eccentric is more stimulating for growth than concentric, and holding in the most stretched position will give huge growth stimulus. The stretched position is where the band gives the most resistance so it really ruins that stimulus potential.
What is even the point of this? Fatigue to stimulus ratio must be off the charts.

My mother is going through it right now and I understand her body is wanting to take in more fats because of fluctuating hormones and not producing enough estrogen and progesterone I’m just trying to get her to want to eat to fit her goals I myself regularly exercise and track my nutrition daily… just wanted to see if you have anymore tips for women going through menopause

Why are the shoulders rounded during plank? I've not seen it done that way before.
Thanks for asking! I agree, not the typical Plank position we see in the gym. My guess: contribution from the gymnastics world's "Hollow Body" Plank, plus the position promoted by the Postural Restoration Institute, that optimizes the position of the ribs & builds a strong Canister body.
