The process of creating a bespoke cake is a very long one and can take several hours spanning over a few days. Sometimes, in order to keep up with time for delivery, I skip recording some processes or do not record at all, depending on how much time I have available at my disposal. Thank you for watching 🙏🏼🌹💕. I use 1500g of white chocolate 🍫 chips with 500g of double cream. I heat this up in the microwave for about 6 mins and then gently mix until the double cream is well incorporated into the melted chocolate, leaving a smooth creamy paste.
