On my channel is all about filming trains on Melbourne train network
Trains at new Parkdale elevated station
In today's video we are visiting the brand new elevated Parkdale station today Friday 16th of August 2024 which opened on Friday 2nd of August 2024 which was exactly 2 weeks ago today.
Gorgeous beach side of views of Port Phillip bay not as much like Carrum station has and views of the Dandenong rangers and surrounding suburbs from both elevated platforms
We will see a various trains including comengs and Siemens and x'trapolis at Parkdale
Still lots of construction works to do in both station concourse and station entrances including on the station lifts and stairs to platform 2 on the southern side.

It’s going to be quite the roller coaster ride from Mordi to Mentone once it’s finished. Steep gradient out of Mentone on the down heading to Parkdale.

I guess a lot of these workmen have been busy removing the Glenhuntly level crossings in my area the last couple of years,and have moved down the line to Parkdale
Correct they have moved down to Parkdale then they move onto mordialloc

Wow, those rich people probably wouldn't be too happy with a rail bridge. Lol oh well.

Are you folks delusional and serious? No wonder the budgets are blown away. What a waste of manpower. All over the world that kind of flow of traffic is automated and works to perfection. What a corrupt farce. Put that money to hard working nurses and carers, not these slackers and useless, over paid do nothings.

When I went there yesterday it said arriving at Parkdale and people got ready to get off and it went to Mentone people where confused

hi mark I was just going to say I like how you film trains in between the two stations and I like to watch trains in between Cheltenham and Mentone at the booker street reserve playground because that is also a great place to watch trains as well in between the two stations once again I liked the video cheers
There are a few good spots to film between Mentone and Cheltenham stations
