The sad part is that many of them do not know the Lord and they are doomed to eternal death when they are killed. The Christians in South Africa do not want this to happen. We have seen that the riots have been flamed by people supporting Jacob Zuma who is being indicted for fraud, has refused to adhere to the law of the country (although when he was President of South Africa said no one is above the law), and people that have been indoctrinated support him.
