Hi, thanks for the comment, you can use a small 5V buzzer on the +/- terminal even though battery is 9V is okay. Check and maybe reverse buzzer polarity if no sound. For your information this is a continuity test, does not require any resistor. But in this ohm range, you still can test the resistor value like a normal multimeter ohm test, please compare to sanwa CD800A digital multimeter, i used same mathod, and simple modified this cheap multimeter. Hope can helps.

Men gracias por la muestra pero es solo eso una muestra, ya que no dices en qué resistencia lo conectaste, ni explicas que es lo más seguro que el buzzer que usaste es un Buzzer activo de 9 voltios que suena con solo colocarlo a la batería.
